RMI Compliance

Tin Technology and Refining is an RMI approved, conflict-free smelter.  The Responsible Minerals Initiative's Know Your Counterparty (KYC) requirement obligates all smelters and refiners participating in the RMAP audit program to identify and maintain records on the entities they directly transact with in the mineral supply chain, including sourcing origins and business legitimacy. This due diligence measure is designed to reduce the risk of sourcing minerals that finance conflict or are linked to human rights abuses by ensuring that upstream supply chain participants are verified.  All suppliers to Tin Tech are required to complete the following questionnaire:  Know Your Counterparty Questionaire – Fill out form
