How it works

Tin and solder scrap is accumulated and prepared for shipment at your manufacturing facility.

Tin Tech is contacted to confirm terms, issue purchase order and arrange pickup.

Tin Tech receives the scrap material and confirms weight.

Scrap material is processed into clean metallic form using a combination of furnaces, reductants, and expertise.

Recovery results are presented to the customer/ vendor in the form of a Settlement Report. Payment is issued promptly therafter.

As required, the tin or alloy is further refined using our refining kettles or electrolytic capabilities.

The finished metal is ready for sale to those buyers who prefer recycled material.

Tin Tech is centrally located in West Chester, PA and receives material from all across North America. Our team can assist with all the necessary export permits (MX and CAN) and logistics to ensure a successful result. We also offer regional collection points for smaller lots so that freight costs can be minimized.
